Abu Dhabi’s official media organization Abu Dhabi Media (ADM) has decided to associate with Tel Aviv-based Israeli English international news channel i24NEWS to engage in activities of mutual interest such as a shared content library and reporting along with an exchange of productions.
A Memorandum of Understanding was signed by both organizations with an attempt to use the synergy to deliver innovative, audience-centric content while improving and developing digital offerings.

“Abu Dhabi Media is always keen to work with media agencies and television service providers who seek to offer diverse and quality content with the highest levels of professionalism. This agreement is a reflection of our commitment towards the UAE vision as well as its ambitions by establishing strong and solid relationships with various institutions and media organizations on a regional and global level.”
ADM’s Acting GM further added that “The media industry requires strong strategic alliances to achieve sustainability, creativity as quality content that is engaging to our audiences. Our collaboration with i24NEWS will enable us to strengthen our respective production capabilities and provide distinctive media content.”
The deal will allow both media organizations to offer shared news reporting through correspondents in Israel and UAE with a primary focus on news reports and interviews in the Arabic language.
The two broadcasters will also now share content such as national reporting, documentaries and archival materials other than engaging in technical cooperation in the field of news and television broadcasting technology.
