The world’s first Ferrari- branded theme park, Ferrari World Abu Dhabi is all set to launch two new exciting experiences: the Roof Walk and Zip Line from November 5th onwards. The first-of-their-kind experiences on Yas Island are held in honor of the park’s 10th anniversary.
The Roof Walk experience will offer the guests an opportunity to scale the Park’s red roof and take in an eye-catching panoramic view of Yas Island. While Zip Line lets the visitors race from the middle of Ferrari World Abu Dhabi through the Flying Aces roller coaster loop.
The interesting part is that visitors can gear up for a racing challenge with friends or family to win the first-of-its-kind dare on Yas Island.
The launch of these enthralling experiences is hosted to commemorate a decade of the Ferrari World’s existence and the park has also organized various entertainment programs to bring back-to-back fun for its guests.
The anniversary day began with a grand opening of the Park along with dance performances, a live DJ who roused the event with the latest tracks and hosted a trivia session with various prizes. Live art demonstration was another interesting program, as the Park’s artists created a wide variety of Ferrari-inspired crafts.
Roof Walk will offer the guests an opportunity to scale the Park’s red roof and take a view of Yas Island.

The celebrations were made more entertaining with live cookery at Mamma Rossella, the Park’s signature Italian eatery. The Park’s retail outlet also exhibited its Fall-Winter collection during its Trunk Show with a limited edition 10th anniversary-inspired line.
The event also selected one lucky family as ‘Family of the Day’ and given a star-studded treatment along with a 10th-anniversary special goodie bag.
Yas Island hosted a breathtaking fireworks display on November 3rd and Island’s other theme parks and attractions including Yas Waterworld, Warner Bros World Abu Dhabi and CLYMB Abu Dhabi, were illuminated in Ferrari red in honor of the ten-year milestone.
Considering the current pandemic situation, Ferrari World Abu Dhabi has followed the COVID-19 protocol and enforced strict measures like mandatory online booking, thermal screening cameras, safe distance markers at all rides and outlets, modified ride capacity as well as modified dining and shopping experiences.
As part of its efforts, Ferrari World Abu Dhabi was awarded the ‘Go Safe’ certification by the Department of Culture and Tourism Abu Dhabi (DCT Abu Dhabi). The certification focused to enforce global standards for safety and hygiene in the entire tourism and retail sector in the emirate of Abu Dhabi.
Zip Line lets the visitors race from the middle of Ferrari World Abu Dhabi through the Flying Aces roller coaster loop.
