Al Junaidi Real Estate has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Dubai-based DXR Real Estate to oversee the marketing of the Ti Villa residential development located in the Al Raqiba area of Sharjah.
The Ti Villa development offers freehold ownership for all Arab nationalities, positioning the project as a promising residential and investment opportunity in a strategic location close to Dubai.
Through the collaboration, both companies seek to leverage DXR Real Estate’s specialized marketing expertise to expand the project’s visibility and reach a broader segment of regional investors.
The agreement was signed by Abdulrahman Reda Al‑Hajjar, General Manager of DXR Real Estate, and Hussein Ismail Al‑Junaidi, Chairman of Al Junaidi Real Estate.
DXR Real Estate brings extensive experience in managing real estate marketing campaigns, offering consultancy services, and connecting developers with a wide network of investors and clients.
Abdulrahman Reda Al-Hajjar said that the collaboration represents an important step toward presenting a fully integrated residential project to the market. He noted that Ti Villa combines several features that make it an attractive option for both family living and investment.
Al-Hajjar added that DXR Real Estate will promote the development through modern marketing strategies designed around market demand, supported by the company’s experience in the real estate sector and its established network of investors and clients.
Hussein Ismail Al-Junaidi stated that, “This partnership aligns with our vision of developing distinguished real estate projects and introducing them to the market through partners with strong marketing expertise. Ti Villa is among our key residential developments in Sharjah, designed to provide an integrated living environment that combines privacy, comfort, and long-term investment value. Through this project, we aim to create a residential community that meets the needs of modern families while supporting the continued growth of the UAE’s real estate sector.”
Located in the Al Raqiba area directly bordering Dubai, the development offers residents the tranquility of suburban living in Sharjah while maintaining close proximity to Dubai’s business and lifestyle hubs.
The Ti Villa project will feature a low-density residential community of 62 independent villas with ground and first floors, designed to ensure privacy and comfortable family living.
The project offers a flexible 30/70 payment plan, including 10 percent upon booking and 20 percent in construction-linked installments, with the remaining balance payable upon handover, which is expected in the first quarter of 2028.
