The Aseer Region Development Authority has launched an interactive digital map for Aseer Summer Season 2026, providing visitors with a comprehensive guide to tourist destinations, events and experiences across the region’s governorates.
The new digital platform enables users to explore attractions, access updated information on tourism routes and activities, and plan their visits more efficiently. The initiative is designed to improve accessibility to tourism information and support visitors in discovering a wide range of experiences available throughout the summer season.
The launch of the interactive map coincides with the opening of Aseer Summer Season 2026, inaugurated by Prince Turki bin Talal bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Aseer Region and Chairman of the Aseer Region Development Authority.
The seasonal program is being organized with the support of the Ministry of Tourism and the Saudi Tourism Authority, in partnership with the National Events Center.
Summer Season 2026 aims to attract more than three million visitors through a diverse lineup of more than 100 events and experiences spread across several governorates and destinations in the region.
The program includes a variety of cultural, artistic, entertainment, sports and family-oriented activities, reflecting the region’s growing position as one of Saudi Arabia’s leading tourism destinations.
The authority stated that the interactive map forms part of its broader efforts to enhance the visitor experience by offering easy access to information on tourist attractions, events and recreational activities across the region.
By providing centralized and regularly updated information, the platform is expected to help visitors navigate the region more effectively and make informed travel plans during the summer season.
Visitors can access the interactive map through the Discover Aseer platform, where they can explore destinations, identify tourism routes and stay updated on events and experiences taking place across the region throughout the season.
