BNW Developments has entered Dubai’s real estate market with the launch of Orvessa Residences, a branded off-plan residential project in Al Furjan, marking its sixth development and first in the emirate.
The developer, known as the largest private real estate player in Ras Al Khaimah, said the project expands its branded residences portfolio through a design-led approach focused on ‘clarity, craft, and enduring value’.
Located between Sheikh Zayed Road and Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, Al Furjan is emerging as a well-connected residential community in Dubai, offering accessibility alongside a quieter neighbourhood environment.

Orvessa Residences is described as the first property designed by Michel Adam Lisowski, bringing his global lifestyle branding experience into the residential sector. The project reflects a design philosophy focused on ‘fluidity, harmony, and functional precision,” translating elements associated with FashionTV’s premium culture into a residential setting.

The development comprises 92 residential units, including one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. The residences are designed to combine functional layouts with a high-end aesthetic aligned with the Michel Adam brand.
Amenities include a rooftop swimming pool, gym, co-working spaces, outdoor lounges, family seating areas, barbecue zones, steam and sauna facilities, and a children’s play area. The developer positions the project as a lifestyle-focused residential offering.
Expansion plans in Dubai
The launch marks BNW Developments’ first step in a broader Dubai expansion strategy, with plans to build a pipeline of projects focused on premium partnerships and long-term residential value. The company aims to replicate its Ras Al Khaimah model in Dubai by prioritizing architectural design, lifestyle integration and investment fundamentals.
