Cloud Box Technologies has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with multiple universities in the UAE to establish AI Lab, an artificial intelligence-focused Centre of Excellence (CoE) aimed at advancing AI adoption, applied learning, and industry collaboration.
The initiative will bring together students, faculty, and industry leaders to support AI innovation and develop practical solutions through a scalable ecosystem focused on talent development and real-world applications.
AI Lab by Cloud Box Technologies will focus on Generative AI, Data Science and Business Analytics, Intelligent Automation, and AI-based business applications.
The Centre of Excellence is designed to strengthen collaboration between academia and industry while addressing real-world challenges through applied research and innovation.
The company said the initiative aims to address growing demand for industry-ready AI talent in the UAE and support innovation by helping businesses and individuals develop practical AI capabilities. It added that AI technologies can improve operational efficiency, support data-driven decision-making, and enhance competitiveness.
According to Cloud Box Technologies, the AI Lab also supports the UAE’s digital transformation agenda by strengthening collaboration between academia and industry while providing students with practical learning opportunities through real-world projects.
