Al Khayyat Investments (AKI) has signed an exclusive distribution partnership with Aujan Coca-Cola Beverages Company to exclusively manage the distribution and growth of the company’s brands Rani, Vimto, and Barbican across the UAE.
The partnership combines AKI’s distribution network with Aujan’s beverage portfolio to expand the brands’ presence across the UAE retail and food service market.
AKI will distribute the brands through modern trade, traditional trade, supermarkets, self-service outlets, fuel stations, hotels, restaurants, and catering (HORECA), as well as e-commerce platforms.
The agreement also includes collaboration to improve trade execution, expand e-commerce, support consumer-led innovation, and strengthen the beverage category.
The partnership was signed by Zaid S. Al Khayyat, Managing Director of Al Khayyat Investments (AKI), and Abdulla Aujan, Chairman of Aujan Group Holding.

Abdulla Aujan added that the agreement will help expand the availability of Aujan’s brands across the UAE by combining the capabilities of both organizations in distribution, customer engagement, and market development.
As part of the agreement, both companies will work together to increase market reach, strengthen relationships with retailers and food service customers, expand e-commerce operations, and support product innovation based on consumer demand.
