DAMAC’s LOAMS honored by Dubai Land Department’s RERA

LOAMS, the community management arm of Dubai-based luxury property developer DAMAC Properties has been recognized by the Dubai Land Department (DLD) through its Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA) for its outstanding initiatives in managing communities and buildings.

The recognition is part of DLD’s efforts to promote better practices and service excellence among facility management companies in Dubai.

LOAMS (Luxury Owners Association Management Company) has been recognized for its achievements in working with RERA to ensure that the regulatory agency receives the minimum number of complaints from customers, takes immediate action on complaints, enforcing community laws, and regulations.

In addition, RERA highlighted LOAMS’ excellent and comprehensive approach to communicating regularly with meetings and property committees, as well as through ongoing interactions across all DAMAC properties, with property owners, and related committees.

Commenting on the recognition, Mr. Said El Haouasli, Vice President, LOAMS stated that “We are committed to providing our customers the best possible experience and are delighted that our work is being recognized by the Dubai Land Department and RERA.”

“This will further motivate us to enhance our engagement initiatives and ensure customer happiness for property owners in our portfolio,” Mr. El Haouasli added.

LOAMS, an ISO 9001:2015 quality certified and award-winning jointly owned property (JOP) and community management company has recently achieved a string of recognitions, including the Best Crisis Management Initiative award from the International Real Estate Community Management Summit Dubai Awards, which honor UAE-based companies that deliver outstanding service in the field of Community Management, Facilities Management, Property Management, and Real Estate in general.

Currently, LOAMS manages and administers 55 JOPs & 2 Master Communities exceeding 34,792 units.
