Digital Dubai has launched the ‘AI Workforce Transformation Program (AI+),’ a strategic initiative aimed at training 50,000 Dubai Government employees and accelerating the integration of artificial intelligence across public sector operations.
The program is being implemented in collaboration with the Dubai Government Human Resources Department and the Dubai Centre for Artificial Intelligence, under the umbrella of the Dubai Future Foundation.
It reflects Dubai’s ongoing commitment to strengthening future-ready government capabilities and advancing the adoption of AI-driven systems across institutional processes and public services.
Designed to enhance digital readiness across the government workforce, the initiative provides structured learning tracks tailored to different job roles.
These tracks are intended to improve productivity, enhance operational efficiency, and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within government entities.

At the center, we are committed to enabling entities to leverage these technologies, exchange knowledge and expertise, and develop innovative operating models that enhance service efficiency and customer experience.”
The program includes multiple specialized tracks. A leadership track will focus on AI opportunities, challenges, and international case studies.
A Chief AI Officers track will support implementation of Dubai’s AI policies and frameworks through workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions.
Additional tracks target product and service owners, department managers, and general employees, each offering tailored training ranging from AI use case development and impact measurement to prompt engineering, automation, and productivity tools.
Through webinars, workshops, and hands-on training, the initiative aims to strengthen AI literacy across all levels of government.
