Dubai Health Authority, Emirates Islamic Bank join to boost healthcare facilities at Rashid Hospital

Representatives from DHA and Emirates Islamic Bank signing the MoU

Dubai Health Authority (DHA) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Emirates Islamic Bank to develop a world-class dermatology and cosmetology center at Rashid Hospital, Dubai.

A second MoU was also signed by both parties to upgrade the facilities of the Department of Respiratory Medicine and the Respiratory Pulmonary Laboratory at Rashid Hospital. These comprehensive development initiatives will be supported and sponsored by Emirates Islamic Bank.

Ahmed Al Nuaimi, CEO of the DHA Joint Corporate Support Services, and Mr. Salah Amin, CEO of the Emirates Islamic Bank signed the MoU. Both inked the deal in the presence of His Excellency Humaid Al Qutami, Director-General of the DHA, and Mr. Hesham Abdulla Al Qassim, Chairman of the Emirates Islamic Bank.

The first MoU is focusing on the establishment of an integrated dermatology and cosmetology center for the diagnosis and treatment of skin diseases and to provide the best medical, surgical and cosmetic dermatological care at Rashid Hospital. And the second MoU intends to develop and enhance the facilities of the Department of Respiratory Medicine and the Rashid Hospital’s Respiratory Pulmonary Laboratory.
