Dubai Municipality has been recognized as the Most Innovative Knowledge Enterprise (MIKE) award, placing it one among the top five institutions in the world in the field of knowledge management and innovation.

The MIKE Award is one of the oldest and most prestigious international recognition in the field and a global benchmark that evaluates effective knowledge management and innovative practices.

The annual international award is conducted by the Global MIKE Study Group (GMSG) which comprises the world’s prominent experts in the field of knowledge management and innovation.

Dubai Municipality achieved MIKE recognition in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region in October for its valuable contributions in the field of knowledge management and innovation and made it qualify to the global contest in December 2020.

The assessment conducted by the MIKE Global Group named the Dubai Municipality as one of the five best institutions in the world. The Municipality is the only institution from the MENA region to be ranked among the world’s top five.
