Dubai-based Wasl Properties, one of the largest real estate development company in the region, has launched its latest project, ‘Wasl green park’, a residential and retail oasis in the heart of Ras Al Khor.
The mega project includes 41 buildings featuring 2,527 housing units, ranging from one-, two-and three-bedroom apartments in modern residential buildings designed in a cluster concept with easy access to Al Khail, Mohammed bin Zayed and Nad Al Hammar roads. The development is in proximity to Dragon Mart, Downtown areas, multiple schools, and nurseries.
The ‘Wasl green park’ will be delivered in three phases, with the first two phases featuring 1,766 units spread across 27 buildings, and the third phase will be launched next year comprising 14 buildings that constitute 761 units as well as 157,144 square feet of retail space.
The state-of-the-art project is characterized by the spread of green spaces throughout. It also provides residents with several facilities, including a kids’ play area, a gym, badminton and tennis courts, a community center as well as a swimming pool.
Prices start from $11,162 for one-bedroom units, while those of two- and three-bedroom units start from $16,335 and $20,692 respectively, the company announced.
