Riyadh-based social impact technology company FlexxPay, and Dubai-based Merit Incentives, have signed a cooperation agreement to offer a comprehensive employee benefits platform to their corporate clients in the GCC and the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.

The agreement aims to combine their sales and marketing efforts while integrating their service offerings on each other’s respective platforms.

FlexxPay is a cloud-based solution that employers can offer to their employees to help overcome financial shortfalls between paydays and to provide them with additional benefits. The solution comes at no cost to the employer and there is no system integration required.

Merit is a global provider of rewards and incentives and offers Software as a service (SaaS) employee engagement & sales incentives technology solutions to corporate clients and Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs).

Companies can issue points to reward employees’ best behaviors. Employees can use their points to get gift cards, products, and non-monetary rewards and experiences. Merit can also help companies set up a complete white-label employee engagement platform.
