flydubai seeks “Passenger Partnership” for safer flights

Dubai-based airline flydubai seeks a partnership with its passengers for safer flights as the airline prepares to return to the skies following the ease of flight restrictions in the UAE.

Ghaith Al Ghaith, Chief Executive Officer of flydubai, remarked: “the effectiveness of the response to the pandemic led by the UAE Government has enabled the flight restrictions to be lifted. We appreciate that no effort has been spared as we see the precautionary measures eased.”

The entire passenger journey has been redesigned by the airline which is built upon the existing high standards of its operations to reduce the risk of transmission of COVID-19. For everyone to realize the benefit of travel, passengers need to have confidence that the airline is taking the correct measures and they also need to understand the role they must play to protect themselves and other passengers. This relationship between the airline and the passenger defines the flydubai partnership. It is an acknowledgment that the way in which passengers travel has been changed and that these protocols set out the new way of traveling.
