Google has launched Veo 3, its most advanced AI video generation model, now available to Google AI Pro subscribers across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.

The powerful new tool enables users to turn written prompts into short, high-quality videos with sound, music, and dialogue, marking a major leap forward in AI-driven creativity. Integrated into the Gemini app, Veo 3 allows users to simply describe the scene they want to view.

This written input or ‘prompt’ is used to generate a custom eight-second video at 720p resolution. The video includes ambient audio, native dialogue, and music, offering a complete audiovisual experience. Users in the MENA region can now create videos that closely match their vision, all while staying compliant with local digital content guidelines and cultural sensitivities.

First unveiled at Google I/O, the company’s annual developer conference in May, Veo 3 stands out for its superior realism, accurate physics, and high prompt fidelity. All content generated through Veo 3 includes an embedded SynthID watermark, part of Google’s ongoing efforts to ensure AI transparency.

Google has also launched the SynthID Detector to a limited group of early testers, with plans to expand access soon. Additionally, a visible watermark will be added to all Veo 3-generated videos, except for those created by Ultra members using Flow, Google’s new platform for AI-driven filmmaking.

Veo 3’s launch supports responsible AI innovation while offering new creative opportunities for individuals and businesses in the GCC and wider MENA region. Google AI Pro subscribers can currently begin to use the tool.
