The General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI) has launched ‘GOSI Brain,’ an internal generative AI platform developed and implemented entirely by its in-house expert teams.

The platform is powered by large language models (LLMs) fully hosted within the Kingdom and integrated into GOSI’s technical environment, operating independently from public models or external service providers.

This milestone highlights GOSI’s commitment to embracing emerging technologies, empowering its workforce, and boosting operational efficiency through innovative, secure solutions, aligned with the National Strategy for Data and AI and the Kingdom’s broader goals for data governance and sovereignty.

The platform leverages GOSI’s proprietary knowledge base and integrates with its internal systems, offering employees a more flexible and intelligent work environment.

It facilitates daily tasks, enhances efficiency and quality, and enables staff to focus on innovation and smarter decision-making. Initially targeting GOSI employees, the platform’s services will later be integrated into the ‘GOSI’ application and other digital channels to benefit all the organization’s clients.

Further, the launch of GOSI Brain reflects the organization’s commitment to digital transformation and investment in developing advanced technological solutions with its internal resources.

It aims to strengthen employee confidence in their work environment, open new opportunities for creativity and self-development, and provide a new experience that supports faster and more accurate decision-making.

The initiative empowers employees to have a greater impact on their professional journey and the lives of those around them, while enhancing customer satisfaction and service quality. Additionally, it will contribute to advancing the Kingdom’s aspirations to localize expertise in the field of AI.
