Brand Dubai, the creative arm of the Government of Dubai Media Office and organizer of the HattaWinter initiative, has revealed that more than 30 homegrown businesses from the ‘Proudly from Dubai’ network are showcasing their products at the Hatta Festival 2025.
Hatta Festival is one of six events under the HattaWinter initiative, running from 5 December 2025 to 20 January 2026 as part of the DubaiDestinations campaign, and showcases locally produced goods and creative experiences that reflect innovation and authentic Emirati identity.
The increased participation of homegrown businesses at Hatta Festival 2025 builds on the success of previous editions and highlights Brand Dubai’s ongoing commitment to supporting entrepreneurship and helping small and medium enterprises reach wider audiences through Dubai’s seasonal festivals.
Amina Taher, a member of the HattaWinter Initiative Organising Committee, said the Hatta Festival goes beyond positioning Hatta as a winter destination by creating lasting economic value and enabling small businesses to showcase high-quality products, in line with Dubai’s commitment to supporting emerging ventures and their growth.
She added that Dubai continues to foster a supportive environment for ambitious ideas, allowing many initiatives to grow into internationally recognized brands, noting that strong visitor turnout since the festival’s launch on 5 December and ongoing support for ‘Proudly from Dubai’ businesses reflect rising market confidence and an expanding customer base.
Khawla Al Hashmi, a member of the HattaWinter Initiative Organising Committee, said Hatta Festival provides a key platform for emerging entrepreneurs to showcase their creativity to local and international visitors, while strengthening the Hatta area’s growing tourism economy.
She added that the festival supports ‘Proudly from Dubai’ businesses by giving them wide exposure in one of the UAE’s leading winter destinations, noting that Brand Dubai continues to attract new projects each year and foster an environment that enables their growth.

Hatta Festival 2025 also features the ‘Hatta Little Trader’ project, giving children a platform to showcase their entrepreneurial talents alongside local creative works, including projects by Latifa Salem Al Bedwawi, Reem Wajood Al Dahmani, Khalifa Nasser Al Kaabi, and artist Hamid Al Bloushi.
Visitors can also enjoy mobile food trucks around Leem Lake offering innovative drinks and snacks. The festival has become a key seasonal attraction, drawing thousands to experience winter activities, explore locally made products from the ‘Proudly from Dubai’ network, and celebrate Hatta as a family-friendly destination combining nature, adventure, and Emirati culture.
The HattaWinter initiative is led by Brand Dubai in partnership with key government entities, including the RTA, Dubai Municipality, Dubai Culture, Community Development Authority, Dubai Sports Council, and the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism.
