Bahrain-based global asset manager company Investcorp’s portfolio company, Calligo Holdings Limited has acquired the UK-based IT managed services and technology-led solutions provider, Network Integrity Services (NIS).
Calligo’s acquisition of NIS indicates the continuing commitment of the company to grow its expertise within the competitive market for managed data services.
The addition of NIS is firmly part of the goals of Calligo to boost its local presence across the UK while also expanding the skills and capabilities that can be made available to its customers across Europe and North America.
