Iraqi influencer Mina Al Sheikhly joins UAE’s New Media Academy

As part of its efforts to promote and empower Arab content creators in producing valuable Arabic digital content that well represents the region, UAE’s New Media Academy, the latest initiative by the government to develop the next generation of digital content creators in the country, has engaged in an association with iconic Iraqi mega influencer Mina Al Sheikhly. 

Ms. Mina Al Sheikhly is well known for her captivating, modern, and engaging content that helped define her strong and credible presence in the social media scene. With over 5 million followers across the globe, Ms. Sheikhly uses her platform to share her views on topics such as interior design, fashion, beauty, health, and positivity.

Impact Digital Creator Program

New Media Academy’s 3-year Impact Digital Creator Programme aims to train content creators in the region to develop responsible and impactful Arabic online content.

For every cohort, 20 talented content creators who cover niche and informative topics in an innovative sense to cater to different audiences. are carefully shortlisted by a committee of industry experts.

During the initial stages of the program, 12 weeks of intensive hands-on training in content strategy, advanced social media marketing and digital channels management is provided by global industry experts to the content creators

The program equips content creators to lead the region’s digital media sector and enhance their online influence.

Since its launch in June 2020, the first cohort of the Impact Digital Creator Program has already empowered several regional stars to hit exceptional milestones across their social media platforms.

New Media Academy will welcome Arab content creators in the second cohort of its Impact Digital Creator Programme at the beginning of next year.
