KPMG Middle East has hosted the Emirati Townhall 2025 to recognize the contributions of Emirati professionals and reinforce its commitment to advancing national talent development in the UAE.
The Emirati Townhall 2025 was held in collaboration with the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratization (MOHRE). It also served as a platform to announce KPMG’s Emirati Youth Council for the year, in the presence of the Dubai Government Human Resources Department.
The Emirati Townhall 2025 featured a panel discussion on the future of Emiratization and national capacity-building in the UAE, for which the notable attendees were HE Farida Al Ali, Assistant Undersecretary of National Talents at MOHRE and members of the Emirati Human Resources Development Council.
His Excellency Abdulla bin Zayed Al Falasi, Director General, Dubai Government Human Resources Department, shared his perspective on the importance of such initiatives.

The Emirati Townhall 2025 furthered the UAE’s goals for workforce development, with discussions focusing on structured development programs, mentorship opportunities, and leadership pathways. These initiatives align with the UAE’s broader human capital agenda, reinforcing the strategic vision of the nation.
MOHRE had announced that over 141,000 Emiratis were employed within the private sector, underscoring the ongoing success of Emiratization efforts. To further this agenda, KPMG Emirati Townhall 2025 discussed incentives for structured development programs, mentorship opportunities, and leadership pathways, aimed to support the UAE’s human capital agenda and the objectives of the UAE’s strategic vision.
