Landmark Group, the Middle East’s leading retail and hospitality conglomerate, has opened three of its flagship brands, Centrepoint, Home Centre and Max Fashion to keep pace with the UAE’s growing retail sector.
Centrepoint, Home Centre, and Max Fashion will be the anchor tenants at the newly opened Dubai Hills Mall, which will serve as a one-stop shop for all retail, food and beverage (F&B), entertainment, and leisure needs of customers. The three brands occupy 95,000 square feet of retail space in Dubai Hills Mall, which recently opened to the public in February 2022.
The move is part of the Group’s strategy to grow its footprint across the UAE, with its retail operations becoming one of Dubai’s most popular shopping destinations.

The new store openings complement Landmark Group’s strong regional retail presence that now includes Centrepoint, Babyshop, Splash, SHOEMART, Lifestyle, Max, Home Centre, Home Box, Emax, Shoexpress and UAE’s first food discounter -VIVA.
Sustainably designed, Dubai Hills Estate is a master development from Emaar Properties. The 2,700-acre mixed-use development is part of Mohammed Bin Rashid City, which is situated between Downtown Dubai and Dubai Marina.
The two-level mall, which spans 2 million square feet of gross leasable area, is home to the first-of-its kind, indoor roller coaster which features a modern and immersive pre-show experience, which places guests in the exciting world of storm chasing. It offers an action-packed experience for riders comprising a vertical launch, speed changes, a sharp drop and sudden acceleration.
