Mahabiz 2022, one of the most sought-after events in the region witnessed extensive participation from the regional and international business community.
The event organized by GMBF (Gulf Maharashtra Business Forum) Global arrived right after the UAE and India signed a Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (India-UAE CEPA) which outlined new avenues for investment aiming to raise bilateral trade from $60 billion to $100 billion in the next five years.
More than 600 business owners, entrepreneurs and professionals from 11 nations across the globe took part in the 2-day event which was organized under the theme “Learn, Unlearn & Relearn”.
Mr. Nidhin Gadkari, Cabinet Minister Government of India, Mr. Sajjan Jindal – Chairman of JSW Group and Chairman of World Steel Association were the prominent dignitaries who attended the event virtually.
Meanwhile, H.E. Saud Salim Al Mazrouei, Director of Hamriyah Free Zone, H.H. Sheikh Majid Rashid Al Mualla, Mr. Vishwajeet Kadam, Minister of State, Government of Maharashtra, Dr. Aman Puri, Consul General of India and Dr. Sunil Manjrekar President, GMBF Global were present at the event during the Inauguration of the event.

During his address to the attendees, H.E. Dr. Thani Al zeyoudi, Minister of State Foreign Trade UAE highlighted how excellent UAE-India bilateral relations have culminated in to CEPA agreement which will immensely benefit both nations. Dr. Thani appreciated the constructive role played by business support organizations like GMBF towards the warm bilateral relations between the UAE and India.
Sri Sadhguru, renowned Indian yoga guru and Founder of Isha Foundation addressed the gathering virtually. During his address, Sri Sadhguru emphasized on the critical role business owners should play as a part of their social responsibility such as “conservation and protection of soil”.
His Holiness Brahmavihari Swamiji, currently overseeing the UAE’s first traditional temple, built-in Abu Dhabi blessed the conference. Speaking to the audience, His Holiness advised on the importance of a proper mindset for successful and meaningful business growth.

Globally renowned motivational speaker, Mr. Paresh Chugani enthralled the participants on Day 2 of the Mahabiz 2020 by offering his practical tips. The participants also actively engaged in a specially designed speed networking session which ensured a proper connection amongst all attendees.
