Marjan, the master developer of freehold properties in Ras Al Khaimah, has completed the infrastructure works at RAK Central, its upcoming mixed-use commercial development in the northern emirate.
The appointment of leading Middle East Construction Group, ALEC, as the main contractor for the RAK Central HQ Office Complex marks a major milestone in the development of Ras Al Khaimah’s upcoming business hub.
The project is envisioned as a vibrant ‘Work-Live-Play’ destination in alignment with RAK Vision 2030. Spanning 3.1 million square feet of prime land and offering 8.37 million square feet of gross floor area, the integrated destination for living and business is now fully prepared for activation by investors and sub-developers.
All key wet and dry utilities: stormwater, sewerage, firefighting, irrigation, potable water, electrical networks, and street lighting are in place and operational.
Infrastructure works, including roads, cycle tracks, landscaping, and extensive green spaces with hundreds of trees, have also been completed. With this groundwork established, sub-developers are poised to launch commercial, residential, retail, and hospitality projects, while the landmark RAK Central HQ is scheduled for completion in the first quarter of 2027.
