Moro Hub, a digital service provider owned by Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) has launched end-to-end managed security services in the region.

Through this service, the customers can avail of Moro Hub’s 24×7 security monitoring and threat management service that is augmented with advanced technologies hosted on Moro Hub Cloud and operated by highly trained cybersecurity experts. Moro Hub leverages security management systems of the next generation powered by advanced analytical capabilities, including machine learning, threat behavior modeling, and threat intelligence.

The digital hub of DEWA has extended its comprehensive range of cybersecurity services, including Cyber Defence Services, Cyber Exposure Analysis, Security Operations Services, and managed Identity & Access Management services. The new service provides end-to-end security monitoring and threat management for IT, Internet of Things (IoT), and OT (operational technology) or critical Infrastructure from Moro Hub’s state-of-the-art Cyber Defence Centre.

Cybersecurity is a key pillar of Moro Hub’s Smart Cities Command and Control Centre to provide a safe and stable computing environment. Moro Hub provides its government agencies and business clients with advanced cybersecurity services and proactively protects them from cybersecurity attacks and threats through its partnerships with world-class cybersecurity technology partners or vendors.

The customers have to face rising cyber threats and increasingly advanced cyber-attacks on an ongoing basis. However, this can be quite challenging, especially with the lack of skilled security professionals and complex compliance requirements. The new initiative will help regional customers to obtain the Moro Hub’s managed security services offering that guarantees enhanced security and lowered risks.
