National Finance, leading finance company in Oman, has renewed its strategic partnership with Injaz Oman, reaffirming its commitment to support the nation’s youth entrepreneurial ambitions.
As part of the partnership, National Finance will serve as Main Sponsor for the ‘University’ category in Injaz Oman’s 2025–2026 edition of the flagship program, The Company. This initiative is designed to equip young people with the essential skills to transform their business ideas into real-world enterprises.
The agreement was signed by Tariq Sulaiman Al Farsi, CEO of National Finance, and Khaula Hamoud Al Harthi, CEO of Injaz Oman. The renewed collaboration builds on National Finance’s longstanding support for young Omani entrepreneurs.
Since its inception, The Company program has empowered more than 200 student companies from universities, colleges, and high schools across Oman. The program plays a pivotal role in fostering entrepreneurial mindsets among youth, providing them with the tools and knowledge needed to turn innovative ideas into sustainable businesses.
Participants gain hands-on experience in every stage of business development, from ideation to execution, while enhancing their leadership and management skills.
The program also contributes to Oman’s broader economic diversification agenda by nurturing youth-led businesses that drive innovation, growth, and inclusive economic development. By focusing on sustainability and innovation, The Company helps Omani youth prepare for the future business landscape while addressing national goals for socio-economic progress.
