Qatari Diar, a global leader in sustainable real estate, has won the award for World’s Best Sustainable Residential Development for its Chelsea Barracks in Belgravia, London at International Property Award.

Chelsea Barracks is the world’s most unrivaled real estate development, spread over 13 acres of super-prime residential land. Last year, Chelsea Barracks won the prize for best sustainable residential development at the UK edition of the International Property Award. Chelsea Barracks has been an influence globally with environmentally responsible design and sustainability credentials.

According to a company spokesperson, Qatari Diar has now won all three awards for the best sustainable housing development in the UK, Europe, and the world, thus establishing Chelsea Barracks as leaders on the global sustainability agenda around the world.
