Qatari fintech startup CWallet unites with Visa to expand payment solutions

Qatar-based financial technology startup, Cwallet and the world leader in digital payments, Visa have entered into a strategic partnership in order to expand their product offerings.

Under the agreement, CWallet will issue prepaid cards to its customers and make available payment gateway for both online and offline merchants. CPay, a product of CWallet for acquiring services, will be offered to CWallet’s local merchants.

The company said that the move expands CWallet’s current digital wallet, marketplace, payment gateway, and prepaid cards offering.
