Qatar’s QIIB brings out special credit card offer for customers

Qatar International Islamic Bank (QIIB) has launched a special credit card offer on the occasion of Qatar National Day in order to provide credit card holders 18 percent additional points on international transactions.

As part of the offer, all existing and new QIIB customers who have the bank’s credit cards will receive 18 percent additional QIIB points, added to the points gained through all purchases made outside the State of Qatar.

The offer, which runs from December 18 to January 31, 2023, does not have any minimum or maximum limit to qualify and earn points.

According to the statement, “Once the customer uses his QIIB credit card, he or she will earn the additional points, which will be added by the end of the offer period.”

Mr. Al-Meer noted that “the new cards offer is a continuation of the numerous offers that we launched during the last period, and we were keen to engage the widest possible spectrum of QIIB’s card holders. The objective is always to expand the features and benefits that customers receive and meet their needs in the field of payments.”

“QIIB has achieved a major shift with regard to its debit and credit cards, in terms of digital developments undertaken by the bank through providing contactless payment services of all kinds, or in terms of diversifying card categories to suit all customer segments,” Mr. Al-Meer further added.
