The Dubai Rental Disputes Center (RDC), in collaboration with Dubai Police, has unveiled an integrated digital system designed to transform judicial processes and enhance service efficiency for the public.

The system was officially launched during a ceremony held at the RDC headquarters in Dubai, attended by a high-level delegation from Dubai Police led by Hareb Mohammed Al Shamsi, Deputy Commander-in-Chief for Criminal Affairs, alongside senior officials and technical experts from both entities.

The event highlighted a shared institutional commitment to strengthening inter-agency collaboration, streamlining administrative procedures, and expediting judicial and enforcement operations.

The initiative underscores Dubai’s continued push to modernize its legal and administrative frameworks through technology-driven solutions.

Comprehensive digital framework for seamless operations

The newly introduced platform is the culmination of sustained joint efforts between the RDC and Dubai Police, including extensive consultations aimed at building a cohesive digital ecosystem.

This integrated framework connects all mechanisms associated with rental dispute resolution, ensuring seamless coordination between judicial rulings, enforcement actions, and related criminal procedures.

A key feature of the system is its ability to accelerate payment processing and technical workflows across both entities’ platforms.

By enabling real-time integration between enforcement mechanisms and criminal justice processes, the initiative significantly reduces processing times while enhancing accuracy and operational transparency.

Moreover, the system facilitates secure and rapid data exchange among relevant departments, ensuring that transactions and case updates are processed efficiently. This digital synchronization is expected to elevate the overall service experience for users, including landlords, tenants, and legal practitioners.
