Real Estate Future Forum 2023 selects Rua Al Madinah Holding as sustainable partner

Rua Al Madinah Holding, a wholly owned unit of Saudi’s Public Investment Fund (PIF), has been named as the sustainable partner of the 2nd Real Estate Future Forum.

The influential event is scheduled to take place from 23-25 January 2023 under the patronage of His Excellency Mr. Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hogail, Saudi Arabia’s Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing.

As part of its participation at the forum, Rua Al Madinah Holding will showcase its vision, goals, and projects, together with the latest updates on the progress of the Rua Al Madinah project.

The forum will include local and international real estate experts. Attendees will also examine ways to bolster the Kingdom’s position as an appealing destination for investors in real estate, the anticipated challenges facing the industry ecosystem, and ways to utilize Artificial Intelligence, the Internet of Things, and Big Data for the benefit of the national real estate sector.

Rua Al Madinah Holding aims to boost the position of Madinah, sparing no effort to achieve the Vision 2030 targets of raising the holy city’s hospitality capacity to be able to accommodate 30 million visitors by the year 2030, added Eng. Aljuhani.

The Rua Al Madinah Project, for which the infrastructure is currently in progress and is around 11 percent complete. which is designed to enrich the experience of visitors to Madinah.
