Nomad Homes, a digital real estate platform that streamlines buying and renting residential real estate, has announced the launch of its services in Dubai.

Nomad is the first technology platform to exclusively serve buyers and renters which is a key differentiator from traditional brokerages and portals. The firm is striving to transform one of the emirate’s largest industries.

A further differentiator is the company’s technology-first approach: Home seekers are provided with search tools, virtual tours, digital document signing and more, all of which are directed at presenting customers with an online experience from start to finish.

The company associates with local real estate brokerages to accommodate a growing inventory of unique, curated properties, said the statement from Nomad Homes.

Nomad’s machine learning algorithm then utilizes each customer’s unique requirements to recommend homes on its platform along with available matches throughout Dubai. All properties are carefully examined for quality and accuracy to check any fake or duplicate information, NOMAD stated.

Nomad is co-founded by Helen Chen, a former investor from Blackstone and Goldman Sachs, who left Stanford’s MBA program to set up the company.

While Nomad’s mission is to bring real estate online, the company acknowledges that human touch can still make all the difference. Each customer is matched with a devoted Nomad Advisor to offer a hassle-free, concierge experience.

The Nomad Advisor becomes a customer’s single point of contact, removing the need to schedule and organize with multiple real estate agents, explained Chen.
