Riyadh is set to host the fourth edition of the global Black Hat Middle East and Africa ‘Black Hat MEA’ event, organized by the Saudi Federation for Cybersecurity, Programming, and Drones, and ‘Tahaluf’, one of the federation’s companies, in partnership with Informa Global and the Events Investment Fund.

Under the theme ‘Cybersecurity’s Global Stage’, the Black Hat MEA event will take place from December 2 to 4 at the Riyadh Exhibition and Convention Center in Malham. Black Hat MEA is one of the leading global events specializing in cybersecurity.

This year’s Black Hat MEA edition is expanding its scope, focusing on the business and corporate sectors as a central axis for linking the cybersecurity ecosystem with economic and investment opportunities, through specialized platforms that bring together technology leaders, entrepreneurs, and investors in a single environment.

Black Hat MEA 2025 is expected to attract over 45,000 visitors from 140 countries, along with 450 exhibitors from leading global and local companies and 300 speakers who are cybersecurity leaders and experts. It will offer more than 500 hours of specialized content across 12 stages, including live ethical hacking demonstrations, interactive panel discussions, and advanced technical workshops, as well as 18 panel sessions and seven interactive sessions covering various topics.

Faisal Al-Khamisi, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Saudi Federation for Cybersecurity, Programming, and Drones, has affirmed that Saudi Arabia’s hosting of the event for the fourth consecutive year reflects its commitment to achieving global leadership in cybersecurity and reinforces Riyadh’s growing status as a key hub for technology and digital security in the Middle East and worldwide.

He noted that this edition of Black Hat MEA event aims to enhance the integration between technology and the business sector, enabling companies and institutions to adopt cybersecurity solutions that support economic growth and open avenues for public-private sector collaboration.

In partnership with Tuwaiq Academy, the Black Hat MEA will feature participation from leading global and local companies and brands, including Google Cloud, Cisco, Haboob, SITE, and Infoblox, as well as experts from international organizations such as Microsoft, INTERPOL, Mastercard, and Riot Games.
