The Saudi Arabia delegation is actively participating in the NAFSA 2026 Annual Conference and Expo, taking place in Orlando, Florida, from May 26 to 29, showcasing the kingdom’s initiatives and engagement in global higher education and international exchange programs.

The NAFSA 2026 Annual Conference, themed ‘Global by Design,’ encourages participants to shape the future of international education through thoughtful planning, bold innovation, compelling storytelling, and sustained action.

The conference will explore how purposeful design, creativity, and imagination can drive the field forward.

Attendees will examine forward-thinking strategies, innovative approaches, and collaborative partnerships to amplify impact and expand meaningful global experiences for students and institutions alike, according to the reports.

On the second day of the conference, the Saudi delegation organized three specialized workshops showcasing the Kingdom’s higher education opportunities for international students.

The sessions highlighted a wide range of academic programs and scholarship initiatives offered by Saudi universities, while also outlining the simplified student visa procedures aimed at attracting students from around the world and enhancing international academic collaboration.

The sessions also underscored the Kingdom’s ongoing efforts to enhance the higher education environment and elevate the quality of life across Saudi universities.

These initiatives aim to enrich the overall experience for international students, attract outstanding global talent, and further strengthen the international presence and competitiveness of Saudi academic institutions.
