US-based global hearing technology company Starkey has conducted a special event for the students in Sanad Village, the world’s largest rehabilitation center for people of determination in the Sustainable City in Dubai.
According to the company statement, the event intends to further build and nurture the camaraderie between the students at the Sanad Village.
Starkey has been supporting the people of determination for several decades and played an integral role during the World Games Abu Dhabi 2019, where it conducted hearing health screenings for 7500 athletes as part of the Special Olympics Healthy Athletes program.
Sanad Village is the largest center in the region dedicated to treating autism and helping children with autism and their families to integrate into society and transition towards independence.

This Expo aims to bring the world’s latest assistive technology products with the goal of enhancing the lives of more than 50 million people with disabilities.
