The launch of the digitally advanced and integrated iNOC is in line with stc Bahrain’s global expansion plans and ongoing adaptation of best industry practices among tier-1 operators. iNOC will enable stc Bahrain to manage all its wholesale partners’ needs with improved efficiency, quality, and service-level agreements (SLAs) to guarantee shortened response times.
For the first time, stc Bahrain will offer an integrated digital experience through this dedicated iNOC, based both locally and offshore.
