Stc Bahrain, a world-class digital enabler, has launched an International Network Operations Centre (iNOC), a dedicated platform that will provide its wholesale customers and partners with advanced support.

The launch of the digitally advanced and integrated iNOC is in line with stc Bahrain’s global expansion plans and ongoing adaptation of best industry practices among tier-1 operators. iNOC will enable stc Bahrain to manage all its wholesale partners’ needs with improved efficiency, quality, and service-level agreements (SLAs) to guarantee shortened response times.

For the first time, stc Bahrain will offer an integrated digital experience through this dedicated iNOC, based both locally and offshore. With 24×7 round-the-clock global support and network surveillance, it will offer exceptional customer experience through advanced incident resolution, technology infrastructure support, and the availability of highly skilled engineers to enable more efficient measures.
