stc group, through its dedicated digital infrastructure subsidiary center3, and HUMAIN, a PIF company delivering full-stack artificial intelligence capabilities, have entered into a strategic Joint Venture (JV) partnership to build AI data centers in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
According to stc, this collaboration will create and manage next-generation infrastructure designed to support up to 1 GW of AI workloads.
The JV combines center3’s scale, data center expertise, and extensive regional connectivity with HUMAIN’s strategic focus on end-to-end capabilities, setting the foundation for high-capacity, low-latency infrastructure essential for the AI-driven future.
