Dubai-based real estate innovator, Tasmeer Indigo Properties has launched SquareX One, its latest residential development in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC), marking the start of construction with a ground-breaking ceremony on site.

The launch follows strong market interest and near sell-out success of the company’s debut project, SquareX Residence. Sales for SquareX One are currently active, supported by a fully operational escrow account. Site preparation is underway, with completion scheduled for March 2028.

The project rollout coincides with ongoing public-sector investments in JVC, including road enhancements, community infrastructure, and the expansion of Hessa Corridor. These initiatives strengthen connectivity and position JVC as one of Dubai’s fastest-growing residential communities.

SquareX One builds on insights gained from SquareX Residence, introducing enhancements in spatial efficiency, construction coordination, and shared amenities to meet the expectations of modern urban residents and investors.
