Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) has unveiled ‘The Residences,’ the inaugural residential project under Phase A of the newly launched DIFC Zabeel District.

Developed and managed by DIFC Developments, the project introduces a premium residential offering that seamlessly integrates work, wellbeing, and culture.

Benchmark in design and connectivity

As the first residential development within the Zabeel District, The Residences reflects the exacting standards for which DIFC is globally recognized, defined by enduring quality, architectural excellence, and thoughtful urban design.

The enclave comprises two residential towers housing a total of 463 residences, designed to meet the expectations of global professionals and urban investors.

Strategically positioned, the complex is aligned with Dubai’s future urban infrastructure, including direct connectivity to the Dubai Loop, and benefits from easy access to major arterial road networks, enabling efficient movement across the city.

The wider DIFC Zabeel District spans 7.1 million square feet, with a total gross floor area of 17.7 million square feet, representing the largest demand-led expansion of a financial center in the region with an estimated gross development value exceeding $27 billion (AED100 billion).

Sales for The Residences will officially commence on 12 February, with registrations of interest currently open.
