UAE-based ADSB joins with Italy’s SNO Yachts to build superyacht shadow vessel

Abu Dhabi Ship Building (ADSB) has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with leading Italian superyacht brand SNO Yachts to construct the NAUTILUS 45, a first-in-class superyacht shadow and explorer vessel.

UAE-based Abu Dhabi Ship Building (ADSB) is a public joint-stock company engaged in the construction, repair, and overhaul of commercial and military ships and vessels.

According to the statement, “Supported by the Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi (DCT Abu Dhabi) and Abu Dhabi Maritime, the state-of-the-art platform will be built by ADSB in the UAE, while SNO Yachts will carry out the final outfitting in Italy.”  The NAUTILUS 45 vessel is constructing for one of SNO Yacht’s existing clients, the company said.

The new alliance is intended to open up new doors for ADSB while also reaffirming the company’s purpose of providing innovative and dependable solutions that provide value to its clients and stakeholders.
