UAE-based leading provider of outsourced staffing solutions, Dulsco’s Outsourcing & Permanent Placement Solutions (OSS) division has decided to collaborate with Target Recruitment & HR Solutions (Target HR), one of Egypt’s largest human resources companies to facilitate the placement of candidates.
Dulsco stated that as per the channel agreement, the two organizations will outsource services on behalf of one another in their respective countries. Target HR currently holds more than 50 percent of the HR outsourcing market in Egypt.
