Select Group, a Dubai-based global real estate developer, has selected China State Construction Engineering Corporation Middle East (CSCEC ME) as the contractor for the first phase of the latest waterfront project, Peninsula, ideally located in the heart of Business Bay.

With an estimated contract worth of $171.2 million, phase one work of the eagerly anticipated mega-waterfront project is expected to begin this month and is expected to be completed in Q4 2024.
The Peninsula waterfront development’s first phase consists of three separate residential developments, including high-rise towers and low-rise waterfront villas, all of which are skillfully blended into the first community-focused residential master plan in Business Bay.

Following the successful launch of Peninsula in October 2021, Peninsula One and Peninsula Two have almost sold out within just a few weeks, reaffirming the development’s desirable status as the first suburban-style ecosystem in the heart of Dubai’s bustling Business Bay.
With 518 individual units, Peninsula One offers an array of preferences in a single community. It spans over 397,000 sq ft, offering distinctive residential options ranging from studios to spacious two-bedroom apartments.
