UAE’s Thuraya to offer Archon GoSilent Cube encryption solution

Thuraya Telecommunications Company, the mobile satellite services provider under Yahsat, has signed an agreement to offer the Archon GoSilent Cube, a cost-effective, small, lightweight, secure communication and encryption solution.

As per the statement, the GoSilent Cube’s secure connection allows users, devices, and data communication kits to take advantage of a true, end-to-end encrypted link between remote devices and enterprise or tactical servers across the world.

By offering the GoSilent Cube, Thuraya further expands its wide portfolio of innovative and easily deployable communication solutions and provides a core security component across its businesses

The GoSilent Cube is certified to work on Thuraya’s highly resilient L-Band IP network, connecting easily to any Thuraya IP Data Terminal with near-zero configuration and effective security for data transfers.

According to the statement, “It has also been approved by the National Information Assurance Partnership (NIAP) to handle classified data and recognized by the Commercial Solutions for Classified Program (CSfC) and is Federal Information Processing Standards (FIPS) compliant.”
