W Hotels, part of Marriott Bonvoy’s portfolio of more than 30 hotel brands, is set to open its first property in Saudi Arabia this spring with the launch of W Riyadh–KAFD, marking the brand’s debut in the Kingdom.
Positioned at the center of King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD), one of Riyadh’s most ambitious urban developments, W Riyadh-KAFD will mark a new chapter for the brand, bringing its global evolution to life through detail-driven design, distinctive dining offerings, and an enhanced Whatever/Whenever service.

The hotel will offer 210 guestrooms, including 17 suites, two Penthouses, and the W Penthouse, each designed to balance bold character with local influences.
Six dining and social venues, including the brand’s signature W Lounge, W Riyadh-KAFD will serve as new lifestyle destinations, combining expressive interiors, immersive culinary experiences, and locally inspired cultural programming that transitions seamlessly from day to night.
Guests will have access to the brand’s signature wellness and fitness facilities, including the AWAY Spa, FIT gym with state-of-the-art equipment, and the WET Deck, designed as a social and relaxation-focused retreat.
