Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) will hold the 7th edition of the Dubai International Project Management Forum (DIPMF) next month by bringing together leading regional and global industry leaders.

The forum, which is co-organized by the Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) and the Project Management Institute (PMI), will be held under the theme ‘Mapping the Future’, at the Expo 2020 Exhibition Centre.

The forum, which runs from January 24 to 27, will see experts discuss modern management concepts and project applications across all disciplines, such as inspirational leadership, project management in the shared economy, design thinking, flexible project management, and future trends of project management.

More than 40 speakers will discuss a diverse cast of topics such as Learning for Project Management in Knowledge-based Industry, Project Benefits Management, Data Science in Project Management, Artificial Intelligence, Project Management Office, and Human-Centric Dynamic Change. The key highlights at the event will be 6 masterclasses, 30 sessions including 3 keynote addresses, 4 parallel sessions and 5 discussion panels.

Announcing the upcoming event, Ms. Moaza Al Marri, Executive Director, Office of RTA Director-General and Chairperson of the Higher Organising Committee of the DIPMF, said that ENOC Group and Planisware would be joining a strong line-up of sponsors for the event as a Strategic Sponsor, and Technology Sponsor, respectively.

“The selection of theme for the event ‘Towards The Future’ corresponds with the UAE’s futuristic strategies driven by solid achievements made over the past five decades of the federation established by the founding fathers,” Ms. Al Marri stated.

According to Ms. Al Marri, the hosting of DIPMF stems from Dubai’s commitment to have an active role in leading the way towards identifying the right ingredients and accelerators on sound scientific bases aligned with the top standards and practices of the industry worldwide.
