Abu Dhabi TAMM unveils “Digital Agent’ for government services

The Abu Dhabi Government Services Ecosystem has expanded its ‘TAMM Cares’ initiative to facilitate the lives of its residents with the launch of ‘TAMM Digital Agent’.

With the launch of this new service, the government aims to improve the digital experience of consumers in Emirates by fulfilling digital government services through digital channels from their homes and offices.

An assigned agent will be assisting the customers with proper guidance to make the best use of government service efficiently, smoothly and with trust.

The Higher Committee of the Digital Government will be managing the Digital Agent and it is as part of the mission to transform governance structure by bringing new government service concepts in Abu Dhabi.

“The launch of the new service comes in line with Abu Dhabi Government efforts to improve the quality of life for individuals and society in Abu Dhabi, and to facilitate seamless and hassle-free access to all government services.”

Al Ketbi reiterated that Abu Dhabi’s vision on a sustainable digital future can be achieved through the constant development in dispensing government services stressing that the chief focus of transformations happening in the world is also the same.

Mohammad Al Aksar, Director-General of Abu Dhabi Digital Authority says that the technological advancements happening from time to time encourage more governments to take a digital transformation,  Abu Dhabi is also moving along with it and the launch of Digital Agent is evidence for it.

Al Aksar also adds that the difference of Digital Agent from it assures a human touch while strengthening the technological advancements. He also assures Abu Dhabi will continue its digital developments
