“With diverse studio workouts that are suitable for all ability levels, led by a phenomenal group of unique trainers and an approachable program designed for beginners all the way through to the fitness enthusiast – as well as the flexibility to work out anywhere- there’s something for everyone.”

Apple Fitness+ focuses to provide customized suggestions to help the users to get their next workout and use the Apple watch to give an immersive motivational experience.

With the help of a custom recommendation engine, Fitness+ examines previously done exercises and suggests new workout options that match the users’ routine.

The customers can also use a filtering tool to select their preferences like the workout type, trainer, duration and music.

When a workout starts to play on iPhone, iPad or Apple TV that same workout type will start on the Apple Watch and the metrics from it will be shown on the screen.

Initially, the iPhone users can find the Fitness+ tab in the fitness app and later it will also be available on the iPad and Apple TV.

Apple Fitness+ will be initiated with most common exercises including Cycling, Treadmill, Yoga Dance, Rowing and Mindful Cooldown. For beginners, there will be an Absolute Beginner program in the Fitness+ to train the users with basic movement and prepare them for Studio Workouts.

Privacy being a core value of Apple, the Fitness+ will only store workout data to the Health app on iPhone and the calories, workout and trainers the user chooses won’t be stored.

Initially, Apple Fitness+ will be available in the UK, the US, Australia, Canada, Ireland and New Zealand.
