Dubai CommerCity (DCC), the region’s first free zone dedicated to digital commerce, has partnered with qeen.ai, a provider of agentic AI solutions for eCommerce, and AI-powered Portmind to foster AI adoption within the free zone.
These partnerships were revealed during Dubai AI Week, which is being held from 21-25 April 2025, under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defence, and Chairman of the Board of Trustees of DFF.
The collaboration with qeen.ai combines Dubai CommerCity’s advanced digital commerce infrastructure and qeen.ai’s AI capabilities to cultivate a future-focused ecosystem that contribute to the growth of eCommerce businesses.
By bringing together expertise in intelligent automation, AI-driven customer experience management and streamlined digital sales, the collaboration aims to accelerate digital transformation for digital commerce SMEs and high-growth brands.
