Dubai Customs ranks among top 10 great workplaces in ME; Survey

The global authority on workplace culture has ranked Dubai customs among the top 10 great places to work in the Middle East (ME) in 2021.

More than 450 private and public organizations competed to be on the list. This recognition is based on survey data evaluating employee experience of trust, innovation, company values, and leadership. Companies were also rated on how well they create a workplace environment that is inclusive of all employees, regardless of who they are or what they do.

Dubai Customs is dedicated to improving and strengthening its workplace in a long-term, sustainable manner, in order to increase employee positivity and happiness. Following and being inspired by the vision of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of UAE, and Ruler of Dubai, everyone’s goal is to make the Dubai Government the happiest workplace in the world and to carry out the UAE Centennial 2071 goals.
