Dubai Customs has launched the ‘Tadalal’ Employee Experience Center, a new initiative aimed at enhancing employee wellbeing, engagement, and quality of work life as part of its ongoing investment in human capital, aligning with Dubai’s vision of creating world-class workplaces that attract, empower, and retain talent.
The inauguration was attended by HE Abdulla Bin Damithan, Chairman of the Ports, Customs and Free Zone Corporation, and HE Dr. Abdulla Busenad, Director General of Dubai Customs, along with executive directors, officials, and employees.
The Tadalal Center forms part of Dubai Customs’ broader strategy to strengthen employee experience, wellbeing, and engagement through innovative services and initiatives tailored to evolving workforce needs. The initiative reflects the organization’s belief that people are the foundation of success and a key driver of innovation and institutional growth.
The launch event featured a series of interactive activities highlighting the center’s vision for employee empowerment, professional development, and workplace wellbeing. The activities also showcased its role in creating a holistic employee experience that supports productivity and a culture of excellence.
The event also saw the unveiling of Dubai Customs’ new Human Resources Department identity, reflecting the organization’s future-focused approach to human capital development and workplace innovation.
At the conclusion of the event, HE Abdulla Bin Damithan and HE Dr. Abdulla Busenad officially launched the new Human Resources identity and toured the Tadalal Center to review its facilities, services, and initiatives.
