The 31st edition of the Dubai Shopping Festival 2025 (DSF), the world’s longest-running annual retail celebration of its kind, has started marking the start of an exciting retail and entertainment journey.

Running until 11 January 2026, the DSF extravaganza will transform Dubai into a vibrant hub of shopping deals, raffles, and immersive entertainment, drawing millions of visitors to experience the city’s unmatched blend of retail innovation, culture, and global flair.

The opening weekend promises high-energy concerts, captivating family entertainment, and cutting-edge visual displays, setting the tone for a 38-day season of wonder, excitement, and family entertainment.

Ahmed Al Khaja, CEO of Dubai Festivals and Retail Establishment, part of the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DET), said that, “The Dubai Shopping Festival 2025’s 31st edition embodies Dubai’s spirit of excellence, innovation, and diversity, celebrating our community while driving economic and cultural growth. It not only marks a major milestone for the festival but also reaffirms the aspiration of our visionary leadership to make Dubai the world’s best city to visit, live, and work in.”

“With electrifying performances from international artists set to spearhead Dubai Shopping Festival 2025’s opening weekend, along with pioneering drone and pyro displays, we are igniting an entire season of shared memories and unparalleled opportunities for residents and visitors from around the world,” Al Khaja added.

Star Performances and Immersive Experiences Highlight Dubai Shopping Festival 2025

The 31st Dubai Shopping Festival (DSF) is set to dazzle with star-studded performances and immersive experiences. Bollywood sensation Nora Fatehi will take the stage at e& DSF Nights on 6 December 2025 at Dubai Festival City Mall, known for her high-energy dance and electrifying performances. The event will also feature stunning fireworks and interactive zones.

In addition, Dubai Shopping Festival 2025 will return to Hatta Wadi Hub for an immersive mountain experience, offering events like Candlelight Concerts by Fever, Dinner in the Sky, and Roxy Dome Cinema.

The candlelight concerts will feature music from Vivaldi to Coldplay, with tickets starting at $19 (AED 70), and a free children’s concert on 13 December.

This year’s DSF introduces unique and thrilling experiences. Debuting in the Hatta mountains, the Dinner in the Sky offers guests a scenic meal suspended 50 meters above ground, priced at $817 (AED300).

The festival also presents an exciting Drone and Pyro Show, featuring over 1,000 drones, including 100 pyro drones, lighting up the city’s skyline to a soundtrack by Hans Zimmer, as per the reports.
